• Thirty seconds. Not twenty-nine, not a minute. It gets cut at thirty.
• Shoot it somewhere private. Your own place, your own mirror. Never in a gym changing room, a public bathroom or anywhere other people are — you’ll get banned, and in most countries filming in a changing room is a criminal offence. Entries shot in public facilities are disqualified.
• Topless is plenty. Nothing that would get the post pulled — if Instagram won’t host it, we can’t judge it.
