Account data (email, login); usage data (channels, sessions, device/app diagnostics); payment data (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers); referral data; and, if you apply to a programme, application data including social profile URLs, WhatsApp, email and — for ROXSTARS/creators — a paid-content profile used solely to verify you.

To provide and improve the app, process passes and payments, run referrals and creator/host programmes, verify applicants, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations.

We share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, payments) under contract, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and use reasonable measures to protect it.

All ROXOFF programmes, campaigns and pages — including Hunk Hunt, the ROXSTARS influencer programme, Sinfluencers / sex-party hosts, the Content Creator Hothouse and brand partnerships — are governed by our full Terms & Conditions. By entering, applying to or taking part in any ROXOFF programme, campaign or page you agree to those Terms. Where a programme has its own specific rules (eligibility, prizes, commission and payout terms), those are set out in the Terms & Conditions and apply in addition to this Privacy Policy.
