ROXOFF is strictly for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By using the app or site you confirm you meet this requirement. We may terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.

You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Keep your details accurate and your credentials secure.

ROXOFF is sold as one-off session passes (e.g. 4-hour, 24-hour, 48-hour weekend, 7-day) — not a recurring monthly subscription. Passes are charged once and expire at the end of their period. Prices are shown in-app. First-time users may redeem code PLUGIN10 for free introductory sessions. Statutory refund rights apply; otherwise passes are non-refundable once activated.

When people you refer download, register and listen, you earn free sessions as described in-app. Referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and must not be gained through fraud, bots or fake accounts. We may adjust or withdraw the programme at any time.

Entry is open to individuals aged 18+. To enter, post a 30-second video of yourself on Instagram, tag @roxoffapp and include #HUNKHUNT. The 100 entries with the most views and likes by the closing date are shortlisted; our judges select the winner at their discretion. The prize is a 12-month engagement as a Face of ROXOFF plus travel (flights, accommodation and VIP access) to selected events, subject to a separate agreement, valid ID, and travel eligibility. No purchase necessary where prohibited by law. By entering you grant ROXOFF the right to feature your submitted content for promotion. Full mechanics may be published per campaign.

Approved ROXSTARS receive a unique affiliate code and earn a 50% revenue share for the lifetime of subscribers who join on that code, paid per our payout terms. Use code ROXSTAR2026 for introductory free access. We verify applicants (including paid-content profiles) and may decline or remove anyone for fraud, misrepresentation or breach. Commissions are paid on genuine, completed subscriptions only.

Approved hosts may earn 100% of the first three months of income for users they refer, and can distribute the ROXOFF Pack to guests, per the terms provided on acceptance.

Do not misuse ROXOFF: no illegal content or activity, no sharing access you are not entitled to, no attempts to break, scrape or disrupt the service, and no use involving anyone under 18.

ROXOFF, its music, brand and app are owned by us or our licensors. Music provided for creator use (e.g. the ROXSTARS creator channel) is licensed to approved creators only, on the terms we specify. You keep rights to content you create, and grant us the limited rights described above where relevant.

ROXOFF is provided "as is". Wellbeing statements on our site are general information, not medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
